Zombies are always fun to draw, and the "special infected" were no exception. Here's the first of many that I hope to finish.
He's obviously the most grotesque of the bunch, throwing up on the survivors, which I suppose contains some sort of pheromones because after the player is drenched in zombie vomit, a huge horde of zombies seem to show up.
